Can I get both strategic and hands-on support?
Yes – you can have one, the other, or a mix of both. Some clients bring me in for high-level planning and campaign strategy; others want help building and sending emails too. Most choose a blend that shifts with their priorities.
How does the retainer work – are there fixed packages?
Support is bespoke, but typically based around monthly deliverables – like campaign/automation builds, optimisations made, reporting reviews or planning/support sessions. It’s flexible by design, so you get what you actually need each month.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes – There’s a 3-month minimum agreement, so we have time to make meaningful progress and build momentum. After that, we can review and adapt to suit your team and goals.
Do you work with brands outside of ecommerce?
Yes – While ecommerce is my core focus, I’ve also supported businesses in SaaS, finance, entertainment, health and DTC. If you’re not in ecommerce but think this sounds like what you need, I’m happy to chat.
